Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help a site remember your preferences and work properly from one page to the next.
This policy also covers technologies that work in a similar way, such as pixels, local storage and session storage. Where we say "cookies" in this policy, we mean all of them.
These cookies are essential for our website to work. They enable page navigation and secure form submission. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations these cookies are exempt from the consent requirement, so they are set without asking you.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookies | Maintain your browsing session | Session |
| Security cookies | Protect against cross-site request forgery | Session |
We measure how the website is used with an analytics tool that runs without cookies. It does not place an identifier on your device, so there is no analytics cookie for you to accept or reject. The statistics we see are aggregated, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive.
We do not currently set any of these. If we start using a cookie in one of these categories, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before it is set.
Our website platform sets the strictly necessary cookies described above. Some pages load content from other providers when you use a feature, for example a booking calendar or a map. Those providers may set their own cookies at that point, under their own notices, and we do not control them. You can ask us at info@voicedart.uk and we will point you to the relevant provider notice.
Our website includes interactive features, such as a voice demonstration and a chat window, that let you try the kind of AI voice agent we build. These features may use cookies or similar storage to:
Storage used purely to keep a session you started running is treated as strictly necessary. We do not set anything beyond that without asking you first. Personal data collected through these features is covered by our Privacy Policy, including how long a demonstration recording or transcript is kept.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, we may store cookies on your device, or read cookies already there, in two situations. The first is where the cookie is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. The second is where you have given consent.
So:
Consent means an active choice. We do not treat scrolling, continued browsing, or a pre-ticked box as consent.
We do not currently set any non-essential cookies, so you will not see a cookie banner on our website. If that changes, we will add a banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies before any are set, and rejecting will be as easy as accepting.
Where you have given consent to a cookie, you can change your mind at any time. Clear the cookies for www.voicedart.uk in your browser and reload the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened while your consent was in place.
You can also control cookies through your browser:
Blocking or deleting cookies may affect how the website behaves. Some features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no agreed standard for how websites should respond to it, so our website does not currently respond to those signals. You can manage cookies using the methods in Section 7 instead.
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Where a change means we start using a new category of non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
If you are unhappy with how we use cookies, please email us at info@voicedart.uk first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office:
