Tip Top are always busy. On-site every day. Up ladders, behind pressure washers, on rooftops cleaning gutters and conservatory glass.

When a quote enquiry comes in, they can't stop a job to take it. By the time they call back, the customer has already moved on, sometimes to whichever competitor picked up first.
